A minute-book of the Tenement House Building Company kept by Alfred P. W. Seaman, secretary, between January 8. 1896 and December 15, 1904. Also includes a certificate of the voluntary dissolution of the company, 1904, and an affidavit of Richard W. G. Welling from 1907 relating to the dissolution of the company and the sale of property at 338-334 Cherry Street, New York City. An earlier minute-book has been lost.
